Miss Periwinkle is a Moebian feline woman and a staunch member of the Grey Party under the New Order.She is the administrator of all Order concnetration camps and in charge of their operations upkeep.She is infamously known as the head warden of the Ita Ciyet camp.While Periwinkle is believed to be born without superpowers, her natural capabilities should never be estimated. She has been given the title of 'the Baron's deathscythe'.

One of the more conflicting aspects of Sherly is that she would look mostly, on the outside to be a normal female Mobian. With her pink fur, blue eyes, brunette brown hair, short Mobian stature, and Australian accent she would be considered normal if one never spoke to her. Her unassuming and unintimidating appearance lures those unwise enough into a false sense of the norm.
