Clive Shadow is a joke character, and you know nothing about clive in real life. You can't call him dumb or silly without knowing anything about him. I know more about him than you'll ever know. And I can assure you he's the opposite of your assumptions.

To tell the truath I actually made the avatar picture on Create a wolf on Daviantart. If you're speaking of the pictures on some of my articles, that was made with Sonic charrie maker, Male furry Dollmaker and Dragon creator. All found on Daviantart. - He was originally from earth and somehow went through a whirling vortex to sonicland
- He has about 16 forms which are very unnessesary
- He's a pokemon trainer in the sonic world
- Some of his forms are from megaman
- He's got enemies who aren't even in the sonic universe
- He's got friends who aren't in the sonic universe
- He somehow found a overpowered sword
- He can turn into someone who was alive 500 years ago
- He found his friend who just happened to get into the sonicverse and recognised him.
- He's the chosen one, surprise surprise!
- He's overpowered in general/ god like
- His forms are basical recolours of his original self
- He's somehow awesome at swords, he's only 13
- He's really buddy buddy with the offical characters

You should sort out the stuff that makes him a mary sue you don't have to remove everything, I mean he could have maybe a couple of forms or powers, or that his power comes from the sword or whatever. you should give him weakness.
His backstory could do with some work, because him waking up in a cave, meeting a monster and killing with a random sword he found is kind of cliche.
And you can keep stuff like the pokemon as long as they're not like legendaries or anything.
One thing that i usually do is make sure they're not as powerful as the offical character's specialities are too
I could probably suggest some other things to improve him cause you shouldn't make him so powerful

ok i'd rip on you for getting your sister to ban me or whatever, but i probably deserved it... but seriously? you couldn't have just ignored it and moved on? eh... whatever works for you, just next time don't go and do that, alright? if it happens again then you could do either of two options: option A: let it go and ignore me or option B: overreact and bitch at me for all eternity for just calling ONE of your characters a(and i quote) "buttmonkey", whatever works.
but know that even then the term "buttmonkey" can apply to even the coolest of those(trust me, MTV's Punked makes a profit out of making fun of celeberties), it's your choice really, i'll stop if it really bugs you(even though really why would it?)
